For macOS & Windows
See where your attention actually goes.
Focused Lens quietly measures which apps and windows hold your day, then shows you the picture — precise, private, and honest enough to change how you work.
Example dashboard: a tracked work day assembling itself — apps measured by time in the frame, deep work totalling 4 hours 12 minutes, and a focus score of 82 out of 100 shown as an aperture opening.
Built like an instrument.
Quiet, precise, yours.
Silent monitoring
Focused Lens runs in the menu bar and simply watches the clock for you — which app, which window, for how long. No timers to start, nothing to remember.
Deep Insights
Daily and weekly breakdowns showing exactly how your time splits across focus, meetings, and everything else.

What we never collect.
A tracker only works if you can trust it. These are hard limits built into the desktop app — not settings you have to find.
We never capture your screen.
No input or typing is ever recorded.
We have no access to your clipboard.
Incognito and private windows are ignored entirely.
We never read page content or form fields.
Public-site analytics never include cookies, replay, raw referrers, account IDs, full URLs, query strings, hashes, app names, or window titles.
The full picture — what we store, where, and how to delete it — is on the Security & Privacy page.
Built in the open.
Focused Lens is made by a two-person team that answers its own support email. No invented testimonials, no inflated numbers — the product is in alpha, every release is documented, and the code is on GitHub.
Free while in alpha.
Every feature is free while Focused Lens is in alpha. Paid plans will come once the product has earned them — early users will be the first to know, and will get a founding discount when they arrive.
